Listed at 6-foot-4, 360 pounds, it should come as no surprise that WWE superstar Mark Henry is capable of pulling off some Herculean feats. But what he did during an appearance on ESPN’s “SportsNation” Friday was quite impressive.

Henry twisted a spoon multiple times, and the twists weren’t sloppy ones either. Henry wrapped the spoon in a towel so as to preserve his hands and get a good grip, and then he went to work.

The 46-year old Henry announced in late July that he was retiring from in-ring competition and would transition into a different role within the WWE.
