It’s been said just about every possible way, but Urban Meyer has once again confirmed that quarterback Braxton Miller will not be transferring for his final season of eligibility.
From Columbus Dispatch reporter Tim May:
Urban Meyer on Braxton Miller status: "He's playing for Ohio State (this) fall."

It was assumed early on that Miller would transfer. He could play immediately since he graduated, and the Buckeyes have three more-than-capable starting quarterbacks in Miller, J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones.
Yet, here we are at the end of May and no one has left.
Miller is the eldest of the quarterbacks, but he’s coming off a shoulder injury that has him throwing up to 35 yards right now, according to May. Barrett, a redshirt freshman last year, set a Big Ten record for touchdowns in a season with 44, and set the school record for total offense. He was voted First Team All-Big Ten, but his season ended after he broke his ankle against Michigan.
Jones went on to win the Big Ten championship and National Championship as the starting quarterback. Meyer hasn’t announced a starter for this season.
