Tiger Woods Uncertain for Masters

Once Tiger Woods’ private jet was spotted at the Augusta airport, it was hard to keep secret what was going on.

Woods played a full round of 18 holes at Augusta, the home of next week’s Masters tournament. Yet, according to his agent, he is still unsure if he will play. He has until Tuesday next week to decide, two days prior to the start of the tournament.

Woods’ game is still recovering from back surgery. The four-time Masters winner hasn’t played in a tournament since the Farmers Insurance Open on February 5th.

Woods missed the Honda Classic and Arnold Palmer Invitational this year, as he says he won’t return until his game is ready.  He’s currently ranked No. 104 in the world. This is the first time Woods has been outside of the top-100 since 1996.

Tiger hasn’t won a major since the 2008 U.S. Open and is still trying to catch Jack Nicklaus’ record of 18 majors. Woods is sitting at 14.
