Smart Oversleeps, Doesn’t Start for Celtics

Usual starter Marcus Smart began Game 4 on the bench for the Celtics after oversleeping and missing the first part of the team’s shootaround Sunday morning, according to ESPN.

Jae Crowder got the nod for head coach Brad Stevens and Boston, which trailed 3-0 in the series heading into Game 4. If the No. 7-seed Celtics can notch a win, the series will head back to Cleveland for Game 5 on Tuesday. The No. 2 seeded Cavaliers have not received much of a challenge thus far, though, controlling each of the first three games en route to a commanding lead in the best of 7 series.
