After losing defensive coordinator Dan Quinn to the Atlanta Falcons (head coach) and linebacker coach Ken Norton to the Raiders (defensive coordinator), the Seattle Seahawks have found their replacement from within.
Current secondary coach Kris Richard has reportedly signed a deal to become the newest leader of the Legion of Boom.
Richard, 35, was a third round pick as a cornerback by the Seahawks. He was a graduate assistant with Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll at USC before being brought to Seattle with Carroll in 2010. He was the defensive backs coach since 2012.
