Princeton Tigers big man Hans Brase will be a graduate transfer, a source told FanRag Sports on Tuesday.

Brase missed all of the 2015-16 season after he tore his right ACL. The Ivy League doesn’t allow medical redshirts, but he retained a year of eligibility by withdrawing from school so he could return for the 2016-17 season.

Unfortunately, the forward suffered a season-ending knee injury on Nov. 29.

Brase started all five contests he played in this season, averaging 6.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game. He finishes his star-crossed Princeton career having averaged 9.3 points per game over his unusual stay with the program.
