Marshawn Lynch may be waiting to hear about his potential future in the NFL, but he’s certainly keeping busy as the process unfolds.
The currently retired NFL running back is helping out former Seattle Seahawks teammate Cliff Avril build a new school in Haiti.

This comes just a few months after Avril pledged to donate money to build a house in Haiti for every sack he recorded during the 2016-17 season. The 31-year-old defensive end brought opposing quarterbacks down 11.5 times last season. No word on whether that half sack will equate to a 12th house, but there’s no reason to doubt Avril’s altruistic nature at this point.
Lynch, meanwhile, looks to return to the NFL after retiring for the 2016-17 season. If all goes according to plan, he could be wearing silver and black by the time he steps onto the gridiron again.
