The Milwaukee Bucks made the Toronto Raptors extinct, at least for one night, with a 104-77 evisceration that gives the Bucks a 2-1 series lead.

The Bucks led 9-2 not even three minutes into the game, and it just got uglier from there. Milwaukee led 32-12 at the end of the first quarter and went up by as many as 32 points in the first half before settling on a 27-point halftime advantage. The second half was merely a formality, as the Bucks didn’t do anything silly like the Indiana Pacers did in their Game 3 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Of course, the Raptors don’t have LeBron James. Instead, Toronto’s stars laid another egg. DeMar DeRozan didn’t even make a shot. DeRozan went 0-of-8 from the field, although he did make eight free throws to finish with eight points. Kyle Lowry had 13 points on 4-of-10 shooting. The Raptors shot a dreadful 33.8 percent from the field.

The Bucks got outstanding performances all across the roster. Khris Middleton led the way with 20 points and seven assists, while Giannis Antetokounmpo had 19 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Six players scored in double figures, with three of them coming off the bench in Greg Monroe (16), Michael Beasley (13) and Matthew Dellavedova (10).

Milwaukee shot 52.7 percent overall and 12-of-23 from 3.

The Bucks have now basically dominated two of these three games, and they were extremely close to stealing Game 2. At this point you have to take them seriously as a team that can win this series, and the Raptors will have to dig deep in Game 4 on Saturday.
