The day was dominated by the NBA trade deadline, which remained stagnant all the way until the final hour.
And by final hour, we mean final five minutes.
Don’t believe us? The great Woj was left with this:

We could summarize the trade deadline easily by just telling you to go read Woj’s timeline, who dominates the news in the NBA. We we’re paid to do something, so we might as well do it ourselves.
The day began with Arron Afflalo going to the Blazers and ended with K.J. McDaniels going from the 76ers to the Rockets.
The Suns stole most of the attention late by not only moving disgruntled Goran Dragic, but also newly-signed point guard Isaiah Thomas. Dragic was traded to the Heat, while Thomas joins the Celtics.
In addition, the Suns brought over Brandon Knight from the Bucks, while the Bucks replaced Knight with Michael Carter-Williams from the Sixers.
And that hardly covers it all.
Reggie Jackson was traded to the Detroit Pistons, and no one is happy to go to Detroit except Reggie Jackson:

The Thunder also moved Kendrick Perkins in an effort to acquire Enes Kanter from the Jazz.
