Most Intriguing Big 12/SEC Challenge Games

The full-slate of Big 12/SEC challenge games was announced yesterday, taking place on Jan. 30. With the Big 12 having only ten teams opposed to the SEC’s fourteen programs, Alabama, Mississippi State, Missouri, South Carolina will be sitting out this inter-conference tournament. Many were saying last season that the Big 12 was the best conference in the nation until the NCAA tournament rolled around, and there’s continued talk that the Southeastern Conference is a one man show of Kentucky. The Big 12 took a dip in reputation after the tourney, and if they fall to the SEC, public opinion will continue to decline. Let’s take a look at the top five games this upcoming January.
