Mets minor league dog fetches water bottle for umpire

The New York Mets have exciting things happening in their minor league ranks beyond Tim Tebow and Amed Rosario, believe it or not. One of those things just so happens to be the bat dog the team’s Triple-A affiliate in Las Vegas employs. It not only grabs bats, but as this video shows, delivers the umpires some refreshments:

There’s no word on if the dog had the 51’s on the moneyline on Saturday night, but he most certainly is a good boy for carrying the liquid relief to the umpires; it can get hot in Vegas in the summertime on occasion. 12/10.
