Kyle Schwarber isn’t going to make fans forget about the heroics of Derek Jeter in 2004, leaping into the stands for a catch, but the Chicago Cubs left fielder put his body on the line Monday to snare a foul ball off the bat of Atlanta Braves infielder Freddie Freeman.

The 6-foot, 235-pound outfielder caught the ball just shy of the wall down the left-field line and went head over heels as he finished off the catch in the stands.

Likely a better sight for the Cubs than the catch was the fact Schwarber looked to be OK and stayed in the game following the fall.
