Los Angeles Angels outfielder Josh Hamilton will not be suspended for violating his drug treatment program, according to an arbitration ruling.
Due to prior violations, Hamilton is subjected to drug testing. But Hamilton self-reported violations involving drugs and alcohol. The MLB was looking to suspend Hamilton.
