The Washington Nationals, who have been waiting to return to full health as they approach the postseason, were happy to see outfielder Jayson Werth return on Monday night.

His wrath was unleashed on Miami Marlins starter Jose Urena in the fourth inning — a two-run home run that carried the Nationals to an 11-2 victory.

The Nationals’ Twitter account aside, Washington has been waiting for the return of Werth, who has been sidelined since June.

Center fielder Adam Eaton is likely done for 2017, while the team also waits on right fielder Bryce Harper. But for now, they have Werth and the right-handed pop his bat brings.
