Didi Gregorius goes yard for Yankees — again

A spooky aura infiltrated Progressive Field on Wednesday night, and it’s pretty much all Didi Gregorius‘ fault.

The New York Yankees shortstop walloped another no-doubt home run to right field, this time a two-run shot, to inflate the visitors’ lead to 3-0 in this do-or-die spot in the American League Division Series.

Cleveland Indians starter and Cy Young candidate Corey Kluber has now given up nine runs in two postseason starts, with that cumulative innings total not yet reaching six.

Suddenly, the Indians — who posted 102 victories and put together a historic win streak — are staring at a semi-stunning elimination after going up 2-0 in this ALDS.
