Chicago Cubs shortstop Javier Baez put his defensive wizardry on display on Monday against the Pittsburgh Pirates, stretching out to rob outfielder Jose Osuna of a base hit in the third inning.

Baez is all over the place for the first-place Cubs, earning his keep for his enormous uppercut swings and his savvy defensive acumen. He has spent the majority of the season up the middle, but has taken his talents around the diamond to both corner infield spots and even right field for a few innings.
