Chris Paul dons new Rockets jersey for first time

The Houston Rockets are looking to become the new world order in the NBA heading into the 2017-18 season and they’re confident in their direction because of their newest superstar acquisition, Chris Paul.

The man dubbed “CP3” traded in Clippers red for Rockets red and donned his new gear on Friday:

It’s the third different jersey Paul has rocked in his career (four if we can include his foray into Oklahoma City when Hurricane Katrina displaced the Hornets) after spending six years in both New Orleans and Los Angeles.

Now the nine-time NBA All-Star and seven-time NBA All-Defensive First Team winner is looking for championships on his mantle, alongside fellow guard James Harden.
