New York Yankees southpaw CC Sabathia found himself back in Cleveland on Wednesday night, pitching arguably the biggest game of his career to date.

He made it through the first 4.1 innings of Game 5 of the ALDS with the lead, although the Indians had scored a pair of runs in the fifth to put him on the bench. When David Robertson induced an inning-ending double play ball, Sabathia was jacked up to say the least:

The Yankees entered the day looking to erase a 2-0 series deficit entirely and move on to face the Houston Astros in the ALCS, which begins on Friday.
