How Brad Stevens Revolutionized the Coaching Jump

While he did not have success right away with a bad team, Brad Stevens helped steward the Celtics back into the postseason after a 40-win campaign. He finished fourth in NBA Coach of the Year voting (behind Mike Budenholzer, Steve Kerr and Jason Kidd) for his troubles.
