The Los Angeles Lakers were without point guard Lonzo Ball in the Summer League Championship Game on Monday night against the Portland Trail Blazers, which meant that other players had to step up. One of those was summer league breakout star Alex Caruso, a rookie from Texas A&M who has played so well that he earned a two-year deal with the Lakers.

Caleb Swanigan would still go on to record yet another double-double, but Caruso was on triple-double watch in Ball’s absence. He finished the game with 15 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds, including this one hellacious block, to help the Lakers capture the title.
