St. Louis Blues Vladimir Tarasenko continued his rampage Thursday’s night against the Tampa Bay Lightning, notching three goals for his third career hat trick.

The Blues needed every one of those goals, as they defeated the Lightning 5-4. Tarasenko’s third score proved to be the game-winner. The 24-year-old has six goals and eight points in his last six games.

After Thursday’s hat trick, Tarasenko moved into third on the goal-scoring list for the season with 13 goals. Only Sidney Crosby and Patrik Laine have more.

Last season, Tarasenko scored 40 goals and 74 points in 80 games, and he’s well on his way to 40 goals again with his start.
